Insert the top hook first, push it
downwards to allow its hook to rest and
engage the selected mounting hole.

When the top hook is rested and engaged into
place, push the bottom lock into the lower hole
until it clicks and snaps into place
Insert until bottom lock snaps into place.
This push button will pop out to indicate it is
locked.
