Motherboard Connections
This section describes the connections on the X11SCL-IF motherboard and provides pinout
definitions. Note that depending on how the system is configured, not all connections are
required. The LEDs on the motherboard are also described here. A motherboard layout
indicating component locations may be found in Chapter 1.
Please review the Safety Precautions in Appendix A before installing or removing components.
3.1 Power Connections
ATX Power Supply Connector
The primary 24-pin power supply connector (JPW1) meets the ATX SSI EPS 12V specification.
A 4-pin (JPW2) processor power connector must also be connected to your power supply.

4-Pin Power Connector
JPW2 is a 4-pin 12V DC power input for the CPU
that must be connected to the power supply.
