5-8 Connector Definitions
Ethernet LAN Ports
Two Gigabit Ethernet ports (LAN1/2) are located on the I/O backplane on the
X10DRT-P and X10DRT-PIBF. The X10DRT-PT features two 10 Gb Ethernet ports,
also designated LAN1/2. In addition, an IPMI Dedicated LAN is located above USB
0/1 ports on the backplane to provide KVM support for IPMI 2.0. All ports accept
RJ45 type cables.
Note : Refer to the LED Indicator Section for LAN LED information.
Main Power
Main power to the serverboard is supplied through the system backplane (BPN-
SAS3-217HD), which receives power directly from the power supply. One hard drive
backplane in each node (BPN-ADP-8SATA3P) plugs into system backplane and the
JF1 connector on the serverboard
Universal Serial Bus (USB)
Two USB 3.0 ports (USB 0/1) are located
on the rear I/O panel. See the table on
the right for pin definitions.
