Watch Dog Timer
The Watch Dog function is a monitor controlled by the JWD1 that can reboot the system
when a software application hangs. It must be enabled in BIOS, where the default is set to
Reset. In the case an application hangs, jumping pins 1-2 will cause Watch Dog to reset the
system while jumping pins 2-3 will generate a non-maskable interrupt signal.

Management Engine (ME) Recovery
Use jumper JPME1 to select ME Firmware Recovery mode, which will limit resource
allocation for essential system operation only in order to maintain normal power operation
and management. In the single operation mode, online upgrade will be available via Recovery
mode. See the table below for jumper settings.

Manufacturing Mode Select
Close JPME2 to bypass SPI flash security and force the system to use the Manufacturing
Mode, which will allow you to flash the system firmware from a host server to modify system
settings. See the table below for jumper settings.
