3-3 Control Panel LEDs
There are fi ve LEDs that provide status information about the system.
Power
: The main power switch is used to apply or remove power from the power
supply to the server. Turning off system power with this button removes the main
power but maintains standby power.
Reset
: The reset button is used to reboot the system.
NIC
: Indicates network activity when fl ashing.
UID LED
: The uiniversal identifi er (UID) blue LED is activated from the mainboard.
It is used to locate the server in large racks and server banks.
