The
heater is
creating a
burning
smell.
A) A drop of oil fell on the
heating coil during the
manufacturing process. It will
quickly evaporate and should
not occur again.
B) Check & ensure there are
no combustible materials 0.9
meters (3 feet) surrounding the
heater.
After a small period of time, crackling sound will
dissipate and not likely reoccur
.
The
heater is

crackling
sounds.
It is normal for the appliance to
emit small crackling sounds
when it’s turned on for the first
time. Do not be alarmed.
Turn heater off. Inspect area between heater and
base for foreign objects. Remove object, plug in unit
to resume normal operation.
Oscillation
function
not
working
A foreign object is obstructing
the oscillation function.
Connect to properly polarized outlet and match wide
blade of plug to wide slot and fully insert. Be sure to
plug into a 120V AC, 60Hz outlet. Turn control switch
to LOW or HIGH.
Power
indicator
light is not
on.
Unit is turned off or is
unplugged.
