Please turn off the power and unplug the power cord.
Please clean and dry the air filters, then reinstall them in the unit.
Please disconnect the air hose from the unit and store it safely.
Please place the unit in a carton and place it in a dry place.
Remove the batteries from the remote control and store them safely.
Troubleshooting
Don’t repair or disassemble the unit by yourself, unsuitable repair may make the quality-protected card in vain,
and even cause damage to the user or his/her possession.

1. The unit does not
turn on when you
press the power key.
Power cord is not plugged.
Insert the plug into the socket and turn on the unit.
“E2” error code is shown on the
display.
Empty the water tank. Please refer to the section
“Emptying of the water tank”.
2. The unit restarts
again and again
Windows and doors are open, other
heat sources in the room (leading
to temperature variation)
Close doors and windows, remove the heat
source.
Direct sunlight
Put the unit to the shade or draw the curtains.
Exhaust hose is disconnected or
blocked.
Connect or clean exhaust hose.
Air inlet is blocked by smth.
Clean the blocked place.
3. Noise
The unit does not stand on a flat
surface.
Place the unit on a hard flat surface (reduces
noise).
4. Compressor does
not start
Thermal protection function is
activated.
Please turn off the device and restart it 30 minutes
later.
5. E0/E3/E4
Short circuit on the inner sensor.
Please contact your vendor.
6. E2
Water tank is full
Empty the water tank. Please refer to the section
“Emptying of the water tank”.
Faulty wiring
Please contact your vendor.
7. The unit does not
work
The SUNTEC H13-HIGH-
PERFORMANCE-COMBO-FILTER
is in the unit
Please take out the SUNTEC H13-HIGH-
PERFORMANCE-COMBO-FILTER and add the
active carbon filter.
