• Next, remove the Light Ring (C) and loosen all
three screws (D) so only 1/8” of the screw can
be seen inside the Light Ring. See Figure 3.
• Position the Light Ring (C) under and then over
the Adapter Ring (A) so the screws will hang on
a lip found on the outside the Adaptor Ring (A).
See Figure 4. Attach the Light Ring (C) to the
Adaptor Ring (A) by tightening each screw with
four or five rotations each, one after the other,
so the Light Ring fits within the center of the
Adaptor Ring. Continue tightening each
screw with four or five rotations until
the Light Ring is secure. Make sure the Rocker
Power Switch (G) away from the front of the
weld head, as shown in Figure 4.
Caution: Do not overtighten.
• Next, remove the power cord. Plug the Barrel
Jack end into the Power Port (F) on the Light
Ring(C). Plug the other end into a power outlet.
See Figure 4.
• Turn on the LED Light Ring (C) using the black
Rocker Power Switch (G) on the front.
• Adjust light brightness by turning the Bright-
ness Adjustment Knob (H) found on the oppo-
site side of the Rocker Power Switch (G), as
shown in Figure 4.
