Attach 2 Connecting Tubes (No. 4) onto 2
Bottom Frames (No. 1) .
STEP 2:
Attach 4 Upright Tubes (No. 2) onto 2
Bottom Frames (No. 1) secure with 4 Bolts
(No. 8).
