3. Remove both the brush and the brush fastener (Fig. 23).
4. Repeat the above steps to remove the brush and the
brush fastener on the other side.
5. Clean the brushes and the brush fasteners under running
water. If the brushes are worn out, replace with a new set
of brushes.
NOTE: One brush set contains 2 rotating brushes, which
looks different. One of the rotating brushes is equipped
with side bristles to clean walls or other vertical surface
(Fig. 24). The rotating brush with side bristles can be
assembled at either left side or right side as needed.
NOTE: When replacing the brushes, pay attention to the
direction of the brush. The tapered end should always
facing outside and be connected with the fastener
(Fig. 25).
Disposal
Recycling the Cleaner
•
Do not dispose of appliances as unsorted municipal
waste. Use separate collection facilities.
•
Contact your local government agency for information
regarding the collection systems available.
• If appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps,
hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and
get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-
being.
•
When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer
is legally obligated to take back your old appliance for
disposal at least free of charge.
Rec Disposal
The product comes in a package that protects it against
damage during shipping. Keep the package until you are
sure that all parts have been delivered and the product is
functioning properly. Recycle the package afterwards or keep
it for long-term storage.
Battery C Disposal
Always dispose of your battery pack according to federal,
state, and local regulations. Contact a recycling agency in your
area for recycling locations.

CAUTION!
Even discharged battery packs contain
some energy. Before disposing, use electrical tape to cover
the terminals to prevent the battery pack from shorting, which
could cause a fire or explosion.

WARNING!
To reduce the risk of injury or explosion,
never burn or incinerate a battery pack even if it is damaged,
dead or completely discharged. When burned, toxic fumes
and materials are emitted into the surrounding atmosphere.
