The user has obtained corresponding upgrade file from SUNGROW.

Click "Maintenance" -＞ "Upgrade device" to enter the corresponding interface.
step 2
Click "Browse" to select corresponding upgrade file, and click "Upload" to finish the
operation.
The number of device to be upgraded is displayed on the interface.

On this interface, you can query, read, and export data recorded on DSP board.

Click "Maintenance" -＞ "Export Faultware Data" to enter the corresponding interface.

Select a device from the drop-down list "Device name".
•
Click "Query" to view corresponding data.
•
Click "Trigger fault recording", a prompt window pops up. Click "Sure", and the
interface indicates successful reading, so that fault recording data can be triggered.
•
Click "Read recorded fault data", and a prompt window pops up. Click "Sure", and
the interface indicates successful reading, so that fault information on the device can
be read.
•
Click "Export batch data" to export data in batch.
