Matching Remote Control with Receiver
After the configuration of flight parameters is done, do not close GUI at once and connect
the receiver to the flight control board. Switch on the remote control. Press and hold the
button at the edge of the receiver (as shown below), and release it when you see the
indicator light blinks. Wait for 5 seconds or so and the light may stop blinking and turn into a
steady red, which means the receiver and remote control are successfully matched.
See the figure below for the button and LED on the receiver:
4.2.2
Phase Configuration for Remote Control
Generally the phase is normal when it's manufactured. But to ensure there will be no such
case as opposite channel phase, you'd better test the remote. After the remote control and
receiver are matched, take the following steps to check whether the phase of each
channel is correct:
1.
Push the throttle rocker arm up from lowest to highest. At the same time check whether
the value of
THROT
increases on the GUI. If yes, it means the throttle channel works. But if
the value decreases, it indicates that you need to invert the phase of throttle: use the
small screwdriver or a tweezer to move the switch of
THR
from
NOR
to
REV
in the remote
control, or vice versa.
