one hour. This is called the “EXPRESSBAKE™” setting. Loaves

baked on the EXPRESSBAKE™ setting are a little different

than loaves not baked on EXPRESSBAKE™ settings. Try all

the different settings to see which one you prefer.

There are two EXPRESSBAKE™ settings:
