The unit does not detect an Ethernet
signal. The unit’s Ethernet address is
displayed.
Check that the Ethernet cable is
correctly plugged into the back of the
unit and into the correct network outlet.
If the problem persists, contact your
system administrator.
The unit cannot communicate with the
server software.
Contact your system administrator.
The sound has been muted.
Press the Mute key again or use the
Settings screen (page en-12) to unmute
the sound.
The volume has been changed.
Press either of the volume keys or use
the Settings screen (page en-12) to
adjust the volume.
The unit’s Ethernet address is
displayed when the three audio
volume control keys are pressed
simultaneously or the Ethernet cable is
initially plugged in.
The address disappears after 15
seconds.
