This error message indicates the autoloader failed to load a tape into a drive. Troubleshooting should begin
with retrying the drive load operation. For instructions on loading a tape to a drive via the front panel, refer
to Sun StorEdge L7 User’s Guide -> Operation and Maintenance -> Autoloader Modes -> Mode 1A – LOAD
