The stud centers the stack collector on the pad on the
tool.
The pins engage with the suction holes in the pad and
thus ensure that it is aligned with the abrasive.
The linear cylinder with a driver moves the pad on the
tool in a rotational movement, in order to align the suction
holes with the changer.
The locking units block the movement of the support
plate and thus stop the stack from moving when no com-
pressed air is applied.
The limit switches detect whether the driver is at the cor-
rect end of the linear cylinder.
The (inductive) sensor states when the amount of abra-
sive in the changer drops to a set amount. This amount
must be determined by the customer and cannot be ad-
justed.
