The fork light barrier detects whether the suction holes
in the pad are aligned with the changer. If not, the pin is
pressed down a few millimeters, which interrupts the light
barrier.
The photoelectric sensor recognizes whether abrasive is
on the pad or not. The customer must «teach» the photo-
electric sensor.

In the following description, the OWS (Orbital Angle
Grinder) machine will be used as the tool.
3.1 A

The boreholes in the base plate are used for installation of
the stripper and changer. The stripper and changer can
be installed separately from each other.

Align the axis of the OWS over the axis of the middle stud.

Drop the OWS so far that both of the external pins have
dropped significantly (by approx. 5-7 mm, if they are not
in the suction holes).
