Installation of Thermo Trough Drinker Model 6543
Ground fixation
SUEVIA Thermo Trough Drinker has to be mounted on a basement of l/b/h 470 cm x 80 cm +10/+20 cm (l/w/h).
For the fixation of Thermo Trough Drinker you need 12 screws M12.
Protect with a protection bar against animals jumping into the through. See scheme on the page 2.
Water Connection
Equipped as standard with SUEVIA MAXIFLOW float valve Modell 700, providing a generous flow of
40 l/min. SUEVIA MAXIFLOW float valve has got a ¾" male water connection.
Water connection is done from the bottom.
SUEVIA Water Filter Ref. 101.0487 should be installed before the MAXIFLOW float valve.
Observe the norm DIN 1988 and DIN EN 1717! Observe local norms.
Water Level Adjustment
Water level can be adjusted by changing the height of the floater.
Loose the hexagon nut (Ref. 102.0621), adjust the floater at desired height
and tighten the nut on again.
Take care of the following:
Float valve has to be placed that way that it is situated in a
90° angle
to the valve lever (Ref. 102.0393).
Water pressure max. 5 bar (73 psi)
Attention!
Rinse water line well before connecting the Float Valve!
