The emission label placed on the engine indicates that the engine is complied with
EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and CARB (California Air Resources Board)
emission regulations in USA. Exporting any engine to USA which does not have the
emission label is a violation of EPA/CARB emission law subject to civil penalty.
