Place the seat (A) upside down on a soft surface.

BB

Secure the seat (A) and base (B) together using washers (BB)
and nuts (AA). Tighten using the hex wrench (CC) but do not
tighten fully.

Mount the seat (A) onto the base (B) by inserting the pre-
attached seat bolts into the holes on the base (B).
