TECHNICAL AND DIMENSIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
The technical and dimensional characteristics of the appliances are given in
Fig.1
The performance specifications are given on the appliance.
1) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Installation is the customer’s responsibility.The Manufacturer declines any liability for damage due
to incorrect installation or non-compliance with the instructions contained in this user’s handbook,
and in particular:
the “water safety unit” must be correctly installed, efficient and not tampered with; we
recommend that you keep the handbook with you for further perusal;
installation and maintenance must be carried out by qualified personnel, according to the
manufacturer’s instructions and in compliance with current regulations;
before any maintenance or cleaning operation, disconnect the unit from the mains supply;
after removing the packing material, make sure that the unit is intact and that the packing
material (plastic bags, polystyrene, braces) are off reach of children, as it may be
dangerous.
The engineer who makes the installation must choose the fasteners most appropriate to
the type of wall. In case wall installation is not possible, the product is equipped with feet
for floor standing installation. We will not deem ourselves liable for possible damages due
to uncorrect mounting / installation.
This appliance complies with the current provisions of EEC Directives.
2) INSTALLATION NORMS
a) Installation
This unit is intended for heating sanitary water to a temperature below atmospheric boiling
temperature. It must be connected to a central heating system and to a hot sanitary water
distribution network, according to its performance and power.
The appliance must be installed in a suitable closed room (to avoid appliance freezing)
The appliance must be placed next to the heating source, in order to avoid heat losses. If this is not
possible, the inlet pipes should be insulated.
The unit should be positioned so that both sanitary and heating water are properly fixed.
The unit is supplied with n. 4 adjustable feet, which must be screwed to the threaded holes on the
lower part of the appliance.

The connections position and their function are indicated in figure 1 and marked on the label on
the appliance.
