using the Femoral Impactor Extractor with the provided tab slots

Note: Do not over torque the Femoral Impactor/Extractor during

engagement with the Single-Use 4:1 Cutting Block . Upon removal

of the Single-Use 4:1 Cutting Block, irrigate thoroughly .
