10. Install the supplied P.C. valve (M). Moisten the O-ring seal (B) with hydraulic fluid to make sure that the O-ring seals
tight.
11. Tighten the valve manually, and then use a 13/16” open end wrench to tighten an additional 1/8 to 1/4 turn.

e -- Do not overtighten or damage to the O-ring may occur.
12. Raise the jack to the highest position, and then lower the jack to the lowest position to make sure that the jack works.
13. Check for any hydraulic fluid leaks.
14. Reverse steps to install the base hood and litter.
15. Verify proper operation before you return the product to service.
