Intended Use/Indications
The Flat Panel Roll Stand is intended to support a secondary monitor that is used in operating rooms. It is also intended to
be used as a peripheral observation station that is used for viewing images.
The device is intended for the general surgical population.
Contraindications
There are no known contraindications.
User Qualifications
The Carts and Stands devices should be operated only by qualified personnel such as surgeons and clinic support staff.
Assembling the Roll Stand
1. Using the 3/16'' T-handle hex key provided, remove two (2) 1/4-20 x 3/4'' SHCS and lock washers from end of Post.
2. Insert bottom end of Post in Base, ensuring locator pin is seated in slot provided (photo below left). Lay Roll Stand on
its side for attachment of Foot Pedal Assembly.
3. Align the two (2) mounting holes in the Foot Pedal Assembly with the two (2) threaded mounting holes in the bottom of
the Post. Using the 3/16'' T-handle hex key, secure the Pedal Assembly to the Post with two (2) 1/4-20 x 3/4'' SHCS.
Set Roll Stand upright for attachment of Handle and mounting of flat panel display.
