Disposal
In accordance with European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) as
amended, product should be collected separately for recycling. Do not dispose of as unsorted municipal waste.
Contact local distributor for disposal information. Ensure infected equipment is cleaned per the Cleaning and
Maintenance section of this IFU prior to recycling.
Adverse Event Reporting
Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to this device should be reported to Stryker and, in the European Union,
to the competent authority of the Member State in which the affected person resides.
