Entering Patient Information - Third Data-entry Screen.
To enter patient information on the third data-entry screen, press the down
arrow on the second data-entry screen.

1. Select a station from the drop-down menu. To add or delete an item on
the list, press add or delete.
2. Enter the details.
3. Enter the accession number.
