Motor drive via Toothed belts
Mounting the toothed belt (Fig. 2)
C a u t i o n ! Danger of injury!
To mount the tooth-belt, switch off the machine electrically
and pull out the power plug. Press the motor pedal then to
make sure that the machine is really at stand still.
The machine may not be operated without belt protection
for the motor.
The toothed belt (1) needs to be mounted on the handwheel (2) and the motor
gearwheel (3) as follows (Fig. 2):

Turn the machine using the handwheel (2) to position “2” (see point “3.4.3
Positioning the machine (Fig. 4)”).

Turn motor gearwheel (3) so far until the groove of the gearwheel is turned
about 30° to the horizontal.

Mount tooth-belt in this position.
