9. Avoid the danger of explosion!
10. Do not smoke while charging the battery or at the storage location. Defective batteries can leak hydrogen
gas, which can ignite from an open flame or spark.
11. In case of fire, try to put out the fire.
12. The battery and charger become slightly warm during charging.
Chemical hazard
Do not open the battery cover. Protect the battery from impact. If electrolyte leaks from the battery, it is
essential to avoid skin contact. However, if the electrolyte comes in contact with the skin, rinse the affected
area immediately with water. If electrolyte gets into your eyes, see a doctor immediately.
Charging
Connect to a 230 V power supply and connect the charging cable to the charging module. Insert the battery
into the charger, make sure the polarity (+/-) is correct! The red indicator light is on when the battery is
charging. Important: If the red indicator light does not light up immediately after inserting the battery you
have just used, unplug the battery and put it back in the charger after a few minutes. Normal charging time
is about 3-4 hours. After this time, the charger ensures that it is fully charged. The battery is protected against
overcharging by a thermal fuse, so it can remain in the charger for a long time without damage (however,
not longer than 15 hours). Heating the battery and charger to a constant temperature is normal and does
not indicate damage. Significantly reduced battery life means that the battery must be replaced.
USE
- Always check the battery before use. Make sure it is fully charged.
- Mount the battery in the device and secure it with a metal clip so that it does not fall out of the device
when working.
- Set the vibration frequency to the lowest level. Then adjust the vibration frequency during work according
to the work needs.
- The speed can be set in 5 steps using the gear setting button.
- When laying tiles, make sure that the absorbent surface is smooth (free of sand, cement and other
impurities).
- Using the absorbent handle, suck and lock the tile to the suction cup.
-
Place the tile in the adhesive. Make sure the tile is firmly attached to the suction cup. The vibrations are
transferred to the tile. The vibration of the tile pushes out air bubbles and consequently the tile adheres
perfectly to the adhesive.
- Do not work with the appliance if the tile is not firmly attached to the suction cup to prevent damage to the
tile due to vibrations.
MAINTENANCE
- Before performing maintenance and cleaning, turn off the device and remove the battery from the device
to prevent accidental start-up and possible injury.
- Thoroughly clean the cordless vibrating suction cup after each use.
- Thoroughly clean the outside of the machine. If dirt cannot be removed, use a soft cloth dampened with
soapy water. Never use cleaning agents or solvents such as benzine, alcohol, ammonia, etc.! These solvents
can damage the plastic parts of the product.
- Check your device regularly and, if you find that some parts are worn or damaged, replace them as a
precaution for your own safety. Worn or damaged machine parts may only be replaced by an authorized
service center or replaced by the dealer.
- Make sure that original spare parts are used.
- Store the cordless vibrating suction cup in a dry place and do not place any other objects on it.
