Error/Over Temperature Indicator Light
Error/Over Temperature Indicator Light (21) illuminates when duty cycle is exceeded and thermal
protection is activated. When thermal protection is activated, plasma cutting output will be disabled
until machines cools sufficiently and overload indicator lamp goes out.
This may also activate if there are electronic circuit failure issues.

Torch Error Light
The Torch Error Light (20) illuminates when there is an issue detected with torch system or air supply.
For safety and protection of the operator and the torch, cutting output is disabled when this is
illuminated.
Flashing light means that torch shield cap is not installed.
Continuous light means likely damaged or missing torch consumables or insufficient air pressure
supply to the torch.
