Potato Pancakes/Hash browns
DIRECTIONS
Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well-combined.
Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and form into patties. Spray or
grease the Personal Griddle with oil. Cook patties one at a time in the
Personal Griddle. Serve with Greek yogurt and applesauce.
