TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Disconnect power to fixture before cleaning. Using a soft cloth, clean the fixture using a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner. DO NOT use 

solvents. DO NOT use cleaners containing abrasive agents. NEVER spray liquid cleaner directly onto the LEDs, fixture or wiring. 

Before starting work to connect the fixture, shut off power supply at the circuit breaker panel to avoid electrical shock.

Fixture does not turn on.

LINKING CORD

1. Determine whether to link multiple units together with either a linking cord or through direct linking.

Install the fixture between 12 in. to 39 in. above the top of the plants

 (Fig. 1).

Install the fixture before plugging it into an electrical outlet. Be sure to locate fixture within 5 ft. of the power supply.

Set the height of the grow light so the center of the light  shining down does not 

create a “hot spot”, the light will be too focused on a specific area and may 

decrease the light absorption in the plants at the perimeter of the coverage area.

1. Wipe the light down with a dry cloth. DO NOT 

separate the 2 sides of the velcro strips . Remove the 

liner on one side of the velcro strips (

Fig. 1)

. Press 1 

each of the strips down firmly on the back side of the 

fixture approximately 1-1/2” to 2” in from each end 

and 1 centered (in the gray areas) as shown. 

Remove the liner from the top side of both pairs of 

strips (

. Press the fixture firmly into place. Hold 

in place for 30 seconds.

Drywall installation:

Using a 1/8” drill bit, drill holes for the 

three (3) wall anchors (included) at the 

predetermined installation location

Wood Surface Mount:
