13. Install fuselage stringers spanning F9, F8, and F17. Tip! sand a slight bevel into notches at F17 to facilitate fit
of stringers. With all of the stringers fit, tack glue in place then cut/sand the stringers flush with F17 as
illustrated in the photo below.
14. Key formers F14, F15 and F16 to fuselage assembly. Next, key former F1, F11, F12, and F13 to fuselage
assembly. Inspect formers to be certain they are square to FT1 then glue. See photos for more detail.
PLEASE NOTE THAT F1 IS DIRECTIONAL. INSTALL TO FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY WITH “FRONT”
FACING THE NOSE OF THE SHIP.
15. Locate the hatch parts H1, H2, H3, H4, and H5. Assemble as illustrated in photo then glue.
