RECOMMENDED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Material

Lubricating oil, light-duty
grease, wax stick lubricant.

Schedule

6 Months

Proper size wrench and screw-
driver.

3 Months

Inspect all fasteners to insure proper fit,
position and tightness (including nuts,
bolts, etc.).

Procedure

Lubricate all moving and sliding parts
and hinge points.

    

    Never Lubricate Gas Spring or Mech-Lock Shafts

Soap, water and medium
strength cleaners. (Do not pres-
sure clean.)

Periodically

Cleaning mattress and pads

NOTE: If units are pressure washed, lubrication of all moving and sliding parts
should be done afterwards. Steam cleaning and pressure washing is not
recommended and can void warranty

Metal File, proper color paint
(specify color when ordering) .

Periodically

Inspect all surfaces and remove any
user developed sharp or burred areas.
Apply touch-up where required.

Medium strength anti-bacterial
cleaners, stainless steel cleaner
& polish.

Periodically

Clean external surfaces to revmove any
foreign materials or contaminants.
