Using speaker:
1.- When the phone rings, press speaker key (18) and begin the
conversation.
2.- When
fi
nishing the conversation, press speaker key (18) once
again.
To receive the caller ID data correctly, please answer the
phone after twice rings.
There should be a 6 seconds gap (minimal) between two
calls. Otherwise you cannot receive the caller ID data
correctly.
RINGTONE
Your phone set has up to 8 different types of ring tones, to
choose one of them, follow these steps:
1.- Press Hold / Ring (11). You can hear the current ring tone.
2.- Use Up / Down (2/3) buttons to move over the ring tone list.
MUSIC ON HOLD
If you need to do something during a conversation, and you don’t
want to cut the current call, press Hold / Ring (11) and place the
handset on the base. Making this you don’t cut the call and the
other person will hear a background music. When you need to
resume the call, just pick the handset up or press speaker key
(18).
REVIEWING OUTGOING CALLS
1.- Press Out (5). Dialed numbers appears on LCD screen.
2- Press Out (5) once again, to visualize all dialed numbers
stored on memory.
3.- If you reached the end of the list or there are not any stored
dialed number, the message End appears on LCD screen.
Erasing dialed numbers:
1.- Press Out (5). Dialed numbers appears on LCD screen.
2- Press Out (5) until you visualize the desired dialed number
that you want to erase.
3.- Press Del (4), The number (s) will be deleted from memory.
If you press Del (4) for more than 3 seconds, all dialed
number stored in memory will be erased.
