4.13.1. Operation Mode

 

Gateway: In this mode, the device is supposed to connect to internet 

by DHCP/ PPPoE/ Static IP mode.  NAT rules are enabled and devices        
connected to the four LAN ports or through a wireless connectionshare the 
same IP to ISP through the WAN port. 

 

Bridge:  In  this  mode,  all  Ethernet  ports  and  wireless  connections  are            

bridged together and NAT rules are disabled. All the WAN related functions, 

Virtual service, DMZ, QoS and firewall functions are not supported.

 

4.13.2. Port Setup

 

Port Setup: Here you can set the router’s WAN and LAN interfaces to 

work  at  100M  duplex,  100M  half-duplex,10M  duplex  and  10M  half-duplex                     

communication modes.
