Once a user is registered, simply place the finger on the Fingerprint reader for 2
seconds, pass a target or enter the assigned code.
The records of entry and exit are automatically generated. The green LED (on
the top of the CLK) turn on when the detection of the finger is correct.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING
The device does
not turn on
•Check connections.

Check that the power outlet to which device is
connected is powered.
The device does not
register fingerprints /
RFID cards
•
Make sure that the user is registered on the system.
•Check that the user´s finger is the same which was
registered.
•Pass the card over the specified area.
Data stored on
the device cannot
be downloaded to
computer
•
Make sure the USB cable is connected
both to the time clock and to the computer.
•
Insert a SD card and download the data to it.
•
Connect the equipment to the network.
