INSTALLATION – OPERATION AND CONTROLS
The M128 Series pump is designed to automatically meter solution proportional to flow
at a rate of 1 ounce of solution to 128 ounces of process water. The pump is pre-set at the
factory to work with a dry contact water meter of a specific contacting rate. It is also pre-
set at the factory to work with a specific tube size. There are no field adjustments.
The unit only has one manual control, which is the prime button located on the back of
the unit.
Fully depressing the prime button runs the pump for the purposes of priming the pump or
changing the tube.
When the prime button is released, the unit returns to automatic operation based on a dry
contact input signal from a water meter or controller.
If the prime button is held in continuously for more than a minute, the unit will go into a
safety shutdown. Releasing the button resets this safety feature.
