ATTENTION!!
Maintenance operations to be performed only by qualified personel.
The lasting efficiency of the welding system is directly linked with the frequency of
maintenance operations, in particular:
For welding machines, it is sufficient to keep the inside clean; the dustier the working
environment, the more frequently the inside should be cleaned.
- Remove the cover.
- Remove every trace of dust from the internal parts of the generator using a jet of compressed
air with pressure not higher than 3 Kg/cm2 (0,3 M Pa).
- Check all the electrical connections, ensuring that screws and nuts are firmly secured.
- Do not hesitate to replace worn components.
It is obligatory to apply silicone when refitting the cover only for
Silicon type: SISTA SILICON 5 UNIVERSAL
- Replace the cover.
- Once the above operations have been completed, the generator is ready for service,
following the instructions given in the chapters on “system installation”.
