• Remove the battery if the scale will not be used for over 4 weeks, remove
the battery.
• Do NOT overload scale. This will damage loadcell and void the warranty.
• Do NOT leave load placed on the scale for long. This will decrease scale’s ac-
curacy and shorten the life of loadcells.
• Check battery frequently. When scale runs out of power, charge battery with
its dedicated charger or replace it with a full one.
• Do NOT attempt to repair scale yourself. Contact your local representative.
3. CONSIGNING THE SCALE
Checking packaging upon consignment
When you received the goods proceed with opening the packaging if there are no
signs of damage. If there are signs of damage on packaging please send a deta-
iled list and report of all damage to the goods to your local representative within
3 days after delivering.
Disposing of packaging
The various items used for packaging (cardboard, plastic straps, polyurethane
foam) should be conserved, so that the device can be sent back to the service
center in best conditions in case of problem.

5. WEIGHING
1. It is preferable to turn on the scale and let it on for approximately 20 seconds
to warm it up and then turn it off. Turn it again on again to use it.
2. After the display flashes for 2 or 3 seconds, it will show “0.00”and the scale is
ready for use. If not please press [Z/T].
3. Press [UNIT] and the units of weight will change. The order of units showing
is kg-lb (kilogram-Pound).
4. Do not place objects exceeding the capacity of the scale on the weighing plat-
form. If the scale is overloaded too much, it will be damaged and the damage
thus caused is not covered by the warranty.
5. Each time when weighing, the object weighed should not be kept on the
weighing platform for over 10 seconds. Otherwise the accuracy of the next
weighing can be affected.
6. TARE.
After turning on the scale and the display shows ”0.00”, place a tray or con-
tainer on the weighing platform, press [Z/T] and the display will show “0.00”
again.
7. Turn off the scale by pressing [ON/OFF].
