Grasp the Seat Adjustment Knob,
located at the base of the seat
post. Pull out then raise or
lower the seat post to the
desired height. Release
the knob and allow
the seat post to lock
into position.

OSITION
While seated on the Bike, lift the Seat Lever
and slide the seat forward or back.
When the seat is positioned properly,
simply release the Seat Lever
to lock the seat into its
proper position.
