NOTE: Use only enough pressure to keep the saw cutting. Allow the blade and the saw to do the work.

WARNING! Make sure the saw blade does not touch the work piece until the saw reaches its

maximum speed. Failure to do so would causes loss of control and result in serious injury.

WARNING! Use of excessive pressure that causes bending or twisting of the blade may cause the

blade to break.

Metal Cutting

1.

When cutting metal material such as sheet steel, pipe, steel rods, aluminum, brass and copper

etc., be careful not to bend or twist the blade and do not force the cutting action.

2.

It’s recommended that you use cutting oil to lubricate the cutting surface to avoid the blade

from overheating. Following the general cutting procedure on previous page.

WARNING!

If any of the following events occur during normal operation, the power supply should be shut off at

once and tool thoroughly inspected by a qualified person and repaired if necessary:

1.

The rotating parts get stuck or speed drops abnormally low.

2.

The tool shakes abnormally accompanied by some unusual noise.

3.

The motor housing gets abnormal hot.

4.

Heavy sparks occur around the motor area.

Warning !

Preventive maintenance performed by unauthorized personnel may result in misplacing of internal

wires and components which could cause serious hazard.

CAUTION !

Always be sure that the tool is switched off and unplugged before attempting to perform inspection

or maintenance.
