Place chair, face down, on a clean scratch resistant surface.
2.
Remove four (4) torx head screws and flat
washers from the seat.
3.
Replace actuator and/or tapered spacer.
NOTE:
Thicker portion of spacer faces front of chair.
4.
Start bolts by hand with longer bolts in front holes then
torque to 48 in-lbs (5.5 Nm).
5.
Reinstall base. See page 3.
