Position chair as shown. Remove all casters

from base as noted above.

2.

Remove base by hitting bottom of

cylinder with a hammer while pulling forward on
chair base.

Note:

 Be careful not to hit the retaining clip or 

cylinder rod in center of cylinder, as this may 
cause cylinder to break apart.

Hit bottom of base legs with a plastic mallet to seat 
base to the cylinder.

4.

Insert casters into base and tap them in

with a plastic mallet.

5.

Flip chair upright and sit in seat several

times to make sure base is properly seated on
cylinder.

Position chair on its side on a clean soft surface.

2.

To remove casters: Pull outwards on casters

while tapping base with a plastic mallet.

3.

Insert new casters into base and

tap them in with a plastic mallet.

Hit the outer rim of the cylinder.
