8 Maintenance/cleaning/repairs

Switch off the reading device before cleaning and disconnect it from the
power supply.

Aggressive cleaning agents such as solvents, petrol or similar
hydrocarbons must not be used. These substances could damage the
housing or the display.

If the housing is dirty, wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Use a mild
household cleaner for stronger contaminations.
