After work
After sucking up media other than clear water (e.g. liquid containing lime, bitumen or concrete), rinse the
submersible pump with clear water immediately after use.
1.
Install drain hose in such a way that escaping water cannot cause any damage.
2.
Suck up clear water (e. g. from a bucket) until submersible pump starts.
3.
Allow submersible pump to run until no more dirty water escapes from drain hose.
4.
Switch vacuum cleaner off, pull mains plug out.
5.
Empty container completely and dry.
6.
Roll up mains connection cable and suction hose.
Transport and storage
1.
Before transport, close the locks on the upper part of the vacuum cleaner.
2.
Pay attention to the weight of the vacuum cleaner, particularly if the container is full.
3.
Do not tilt the vacuum cleaner if there is liquid in the container.
4.
Store the vacuum cleaner dry and indoors, protected from frost.
