Purpose
Immobilizer StarLine i96 CAN is intended for anti-theft security with
digital engine blocking via CAN bus (iCAN technology) and with cut of
analog circuits wires. The owner is authorized in two ways:
•
by means of a wireless tag or smartphone using the encrypted
Bluetooth Smart protocol protected against electronic hacking.
•
by PIN-code entry using the factory car buttons.
Additional level of car security is ensured by the wireless
underhood unit StarLine R6 or StarLine R4, which provide
additional engine blocking and hood lock control.
