ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 2

Remove the paper covering from the foam tape inside the 

FRONT COVER(7)

 and 

REAR COVER(8).

Place the 

FRONT COVER(7)

 over the 

FRONT FRAME(1).

  Press the 

FRONT COVER(7)

 securely in

place.  Place the 

REAR COVER(8)

 over the 

REAR FRAME(2).  

Press the 

REAR COVER(8)

 securely

in place.

NOTE:

The securing 

SCREWS(M6 x 35mm)(37)

 for the 

PULLEY ASSEMBLY(22)

 on each side may

need to be loosened to allow the 

REAR COVER(8)

 to fit securely over the frame.  Refer to

illustration.  When retightening the screws for the 

PULLEY ASSEMBLY(22)

 do not over tighten.

The 

PULLEY ASSEMBLY(22)

 should move freely.

STEP 3

Insert the 

FOOT REST(9)

 into the mounting holes located on the 

FRONT FRAME(1).

  The 

FOOT

REST(9)

 should pass through the 

FRONT COVER(7)

 and the 

FRONT FRAME(1).

STEP 4

Insert the 

FOAM PAD ASSEMBLIES(17)

 into the holes located on the 

CUSHION ASSEMBLY(10).
