STEP 7
Press the
OVAL ENDCAPS(64)
onto the
BENCH BASE(28).
Press the
SQUARE ENDCAPS(63)
onto the
BENCH FRAME(27).
STEP 8
Lock the
EXTENSION ARMS(48)
into position by screwing the
SPRING PINS(46)
into the
ROTATING
ARMS (44, 45).
There is a
"R"
decal on the
RIGHT ARM FRAME(33),
and a
"L"
decal on the
LEFT ARM FRAME(34).
Attach the
ROTATING ARM ASSEMBLIES
onto the
BENCH FRAME(27)
by inserting the
ARM
FRAMES(33, 34)
into both sides of the
BENCH FRAME(27)
and securing with
BOLTS(M8 x 16mm)(77).
STEP 9
The
BACK CUSHION(58)
is an optional accessory that can be attached to the
BENCH FRAME(27)
for
various exercises. Attach the
BACK CUSHION(58)
onto the
BENCH FRAME(27)
by inserting the
BACK CUSHION SUPPORT(57)
into both sides of the
BENCH FRAME(27)
and securing in position
with
ROUND LOCKING KNOBS(60).
NOTE:
There are three adjustment holes on both sides of the
BACK CUSHION SUPPORT(57)
for
adjusting the height of the
BACK CUSHION(58)
.
