ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all
packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials
until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning. If you are missing a part please

Remove the
PROTECTION PLATES, BOLTS,
and
NUTS
from both sides of the
UPRIGHT
FRAME(1)
before any assembly. These parts are only for packing, do not dispose of the
packing materials until assembly is completed.
STEP 1:
Lay the
UPRIGHT FRAME(1)
on the floor as shown in the illustration above. Attach the
RIGHT BASE(2)
onto the
UPRIGHT FRAME(1)
with
CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8 x 70mm)(73)
and
NYLOCK NUTS(M8)(86).
STEP 2:
Stand up the
UPRIGHT ASSEMBLY.
Insert the
WEIGHT HOLDER(4)
into the rectangular
holes on the
RIGHT
and
LEFT BASE(2, 3),
then attach the
LEFT BASE(3)
onto the
UPRIGHT
FRAME(1)
with
CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8 x 70mm)(73)
and
NYLOCK NUTS(M8)(86).
STEP 3:
Move the
UPRIGHT ASSEMBLY
to the place where you will use the product. Place the four
WEIGHT PLATES(5)
onto the
WEIGHT HOLDER(4)
and secure with
SECURING CAPS(10)
and
BOLTS(M6 x 25mm)(74).
Remove the Protection
Plate, Bolts, and Nuts.
Remove the Protection
Plate, Bolts, and Nuts.
