The main burner pilot does
not work
• Gas pressure is too low.
• The pilot nozzle is clogged.
• The gas valve is defective.
• The safety thermostat operated.
The pilot's flame is not
retained
• Broken thermocouple or insufficiently heated by the pilot flame.
The main burner does not
work.
• Gas pressure is too low.
• The main burner nozzle is clogged.
• The gas valve is defective.
Main burner flame burns
yellow
• Wrong amount of air supplied to the main burner - requires adjust-
ment of the sleeve at the main burner nozzle.
• Soiled main burner - holes.
Wrong plate temperature
• Incorrect placement of the thermostat regulator sensor.
• The gas valve is defective.
No spark on the pilot • IIncorrect placement of ignition electrode in pilot group.
• Detachment of ignition cable connecting spark generator to
ignition electrode.
• Spark generator is defective.
• Electrical supply cord is defective.
Gas handles are stuck
• Gas valves need to be greased.
• Gas valves are damaged.
8. REPLACEMENT OF BASIC COMPONENTS
Main components of the grill can be replaced after the removal of the front panel. All operations must be
performed by qualified technicians. Before beginning work, close the gas supply to the unit and disconnect
the power supply. Wait until the appliance has cooled down.
a. Gas thermostatic valve
• unscrew the copper pipes 12 mm in diameter from the valve, supplying the burner and supplying the
valve
• unscrew the 6 mm copper pipe from the burner pilot
• unscrew the safety thermocouple
• unscrew the cover of the detector socket and remove the valve detector from the socket in the bottom
of the plate
